You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract. Goods are sold for personal use, not for resale.
What is being sold
We sell a media streaming device. We do not sell, licence or provide television content, channels, or subscriptions, and we are not a broadcaster, a pay-TV operator or an internet provider.
The device does not grant access to any paid service without that service’s own account and, where required, its own subscription. It does not circumvent access controls, decrypt protected signals, or provide content you are not otherwise entitled to receive. You are responsible for using it lawfully and in line with each service provider’s terms.
What we do and do not promise
Picture quality, app availability and general responsiveness depend on your internet speed, your television, your home network and the policies of each app provider in your country. These are outside our control and vary between households. Statements elsewhere on this site describe what some customers report, not a guaranteed outcome, and are not a promise that the device will match or replace any particular service you currently pay for.
Acceptance, pricing and payment
An order is an offer to buy, which we accept when we dispatch. We may decline or cancel before dispatch — for example if stock runs out, a listed price is obviously wrong, or payment fails verification — and we refund anything taken.
Prices are in New Zealand dollars unless shown otherwise and exclude duty or tax payable in other countries. Promotions run for a limited time and may be varied or withdrawn; a later price change does not entitle you to an adjustment on an accepted order.
Payment is handled by a third-party processor. We never receive your full card number.

Twelve months against defects
The device is warranted against manufacturing defects for twelve months from delivery. The warranty does not cover accidental or liquid damage, unauthorised repair, or fair wear and tear. Where you buy as a consumer in New Zealand, the Consumer Guarantees Act applies in addition to this warranty and nothing here limits it.
Do not scrape, mirror, overload or probe this site, and do not use it to distribute unlawful material. Text, layout and images belong to us or are used under licence and may not be reproduced commercially without written permission.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost subscriptions, lost data or lost time. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Consumer Guarantees Act or the Fair Trading Act.
Any broadcaster, platform, app or product name appearing on this site belongs to its owner and is used for identification or comparison only. No relationship, endorsement or sponsorship is implied.
